Gregg Freishtat is chief executive officer at Vertical Acuity, the world’s first Content Logistics
Company. Vertical Acuity empowers digital publishers and content owners to drive revenues by seamlessly including others’ content on their site, and re-publishing their content on sites with which they have no pre-existing relationship. With more than 17 years experience running venture backed technology companies, Gregg’s experience ranges from deep web based analytics to online banking and unified messaging. Gregg has had successful exits from each of his three start-ups, and has served on the boards of Proficient Systems, VerticalOne, Telet, Marketworks, Relevant Knowledge, OutWeb, S1, USA.net, and others.
A sought-after speaker, he’s presented at many Technology and Industry specific shows, including Future Media, Forrester Financial Services, COMDEX, Red Herring, InternetWorld, American Banker and P2P Media Summit.

Jonathan Goldman has been active in the Atlanta entrepreneurial community, has more than 20 years in technical sales/business development, and has served on the management teams of 5 start-ups, helping them raise in excess of $100M. He is currently Vice-President of Engineering at HydroPhi Technologies, Inc. (HPTI), which delivers a clean, safe, carbon-free fuel additive that dramatically increases fuel economy and substantially reduces emissions. Prior to this, he was
Director of Business Development at Suniva, Inc. a venture-backed solar cell manufacturer he helped spin out of Georgia Tech in 2007. Prior to Suniva, he was Associate Director VentureLab at Georgia for Tech, where he helped form start-ups Nuventix, Adaptive Flight and Verco Materials . Mr. Goldman was a co-founder of MIT the Enterprise Forum of Atlanta , and served as Chairman of both the Executive Committee and the Chapter Board. He has twice served as a commercial reviewer for NSF’s SBIR program.

Lynne Laube is an entrepreneurial banker. Before deciding to reinvent loyalty in banking with Cardlytics, Lynne built the Payments business at Capital One which launched ground-breaking decoupled debit and prepaid product lines. Lynne was with Capital One for 13 years, joining prior to their IPO in 1995. She held a number of leadership positions and played a key role in the formation growth of the small business organization, the UK business and the core U.S. Credit Card business. She began her career at Bank One. Lynne holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from University of Cincinnati's College of Business and is a graduate of Darden's Executive Leadership program.
